I am a child, adolescent, and adult psychotherapist, an expert in dance /movement therapy with a specialization in the expressive arts modalities. I can help you develop the skills and self-compassion needed to embrace a life narrative focused on strength and resilience. As a Licensed Mental Health counselor who specializes in mind-body integration, I incorporate evidence-based treatments that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Cultural Theory Therapy.
I am passionate about helping individuals live their best lives. My ability to share the expressive arts with different ages stems from my life’s work with children with ADHD, medical disabilities, learning disabilities, knowledge of attachment and Relational Cultural Theory as well as an essential understanding of how trauma and anxiety impact us physically, developmentally, and relationally.
I specialize in cognitive therapy, movement therapy and play therapy. Personalizing the experience, as therapy may look different for each individual. Our work may be short or long-term, structured, open or goal-exploring, and may include a variety of therapy techniques such as Relational therapy, Movement therapy, or Cognitive Behavioral / mindfulness.

This type of psychotherapy takes into account the ways in which social and familial factors relate to the relationships in a person’s life.
